Evidence of Effectiveness

Results from a quasi-experimental evaluation conducted in the 2022-23 academic year (unpublished report written in 2023) supported the effectiveness of Move This World for public and charter school students. This evaluation included 3,531 students who were in grades K-3 attending Title I urban, rural, and suburban schools in the U.S. Midwest region (89% white). The study found that students who participated in the program had higher ELA and MATH RIT scores compared to students in the control group (outcomes reported 15-35 weeks after baseline) while controlling for outcome pretest, age, gender, and ethnicity.
